We specialise in plant-based transitioning, teaching you the tricks and nutritional hacks to ensure you can eat less meat and dairy or eliminate them completely, in a safe, affordable and efficient way. We believe eating less processed food and more wholegrains and fresh produce is the way to good health, stabilising your weight and maintaining efficient bodily function - and even if cooking is not your forte, we'll give you the tools for practical fast and inexpensive food prep so your new way of eating fits well with your lifestyle.

Meat-eaters are most welcome too and no, we won't try to convert you! We also support those wanting to manage their weight, achieve sporting excellence or build the body and lifestyle of their dreams.
